Website information

The website describes technical-analysis indicator software for NinjaTrader. We try to keep information accurate and useful, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Product compatibility, availability, pricing, and features may change.

No investment or trading advice

Advanced Indicators present and calculate market information. The website and software do not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice; recommend or determine whether or when to buy, sell, hold, enter, or exit a position; or execute trades. You independently interpret all outputs and remain solely responsible for your decisions.

Trading risk

Trading in financial markets contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Purchases and license delivery

Prices are stated in United States dollars unless indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are handled by PayPal. After payment, follow the activation instructions and send the generated machine-specific activation code to activation@advancedindicators.com. Activation is manual. References to a 24-hour response are approximate best-effort targets and not guaranteed service levels.

Activation, cancellation, and refunds

The license term begins when Apex generates and emails the machine-specific license file. Before that activation email, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund through the original payment method. Once Apex has emailed the machine-specific license file, the license is activated and no change-of-mind refund is available.

This policy does not limit remedies for defective or non-conforming software, failed delivery, or any other right that cannot legally be excluded. If a mandatory right of withdrawal applies to digital content, your express request for immediate activation and acknowledgement concerning the start of digital delivery will be handled as part of the activation process.

License terms

Advanced Indicators are licensed, not sold. The applicable EULA defines the license grant, one-person/one-computer limitation, evaluation and commercial use, restrictions, duration, updates, reissue, termination, warranties, and liability.

Intellectual property

The website, product names, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Apex Predictive Analytics Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, they may not be copied, redistributed, republished, or commercially exploited.

Third-party services and trademarks

NinjaTrader®, Kinetick®, PayPal, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Apex is a NinjaTrader Ecosystem vendor, but Advanced Indicators are developed, licensed, and supported by Apex. External links are provided for convenience; third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Website availability and security

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or downloads. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for using suitable security precautions and verifying that downloads are appropriate for your system.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Apex Predictive Analytics Corporation is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the website or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's jurisdiction.
